Yes — finding, browsing, and comparing salons is completely free. There are no subscriptions or hidden charges for users.
How do I find salons near me?
Visit the salon directory at /salons and click 'Near Me' to allow location access, or search by city name. You can filter results by service type, price range, distance, and opening hours.
Are the salon listings verified?
Every salon is manually reviewed by our team before it is published on the directory. That said, hours and pricing can change — always confirm details directly with the salon.
Can I book an appointment through Salon Wale?
Currently, Salon Wale is a discovery platform. Use the contact details on each salon's page to call or message them directly to book. Online booking is a feature we're actively building.
How do I know if a salon is open right now?
Each salon listing shows live open/closed status based on their operating hours. You can also filter the directory by 'Open Now' to only see currently open salons.
What information is shown on a salon's page?
You'll find the salon's address, opening hours, phone number, service menu with prices, photos, and the type of salon (unisex, ladies, gents, kids).
How is distance calculated?
We use your GPS location (with your permission) to calculate straight-line distance to each salon. Actual travel distance may differ depending on roads.
I found incorrect information on a listing. How do I report it?
Use our Contact page to report incorrect salon information and we'll get it corrected within 48 hours.

How do I list my salon on Salon Wale?
Click 'Register your salon' on the home page. Create an account, complete your salon profile, and our team will review and publish your listing — usually within 24–48 hours.
Is listing my salon free?
Yes, listing is currently free. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the basic listing will always remain free.
What information do I need to provide?
Salon name, address, phone number, opening hours, service menu (with prices), and at least one photo. The more detail you provide, the more customers you attract.
How long does it take to get listed?
After submitting your details, our team reviews the listing and publishes it within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation.
Can I update my salon's information after listing?
Yes. Log into your salon dashboard to update hours, services, prices, and photos at any time. Changes go live after a quick review.
How many photos can I upload?
You can upload multiple photos of your salon interior, exterior, and work examples. High-quality photos significantly increase customer interest.
Does Salon Wale take a commission on bookings?
No. Since customers contact you directly, there are no commissions or booking fees. You keep 100% of your revenue.
My salon isn't appearing in search results. Why?
Make sure your listing status is 'Active' and 'Listed on Directory' in your dashboard. If the issue persists, contact us via the Contact page.
