By accessing or using Salon Wale (www.salonwale.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Salon Wale is a salon discovery and directory platform. We connect users with independent salon businesses. We do not employ salon professionals, provide beauty services ourselves, or guarantee the quality of services offered by listed salons.

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Browsing and searching the salon directory is free.
• Salon information (hours, prices, services) is provided by salon owners. We strive to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
• We are not responsible for disputes between users and salons regarding services, pricing, or appointments.
• Always confirm appointments, pricing, and availability directly with the salon before visiting.

• Listing your salon on Salon Wale is currently free. We may introduce paid plans in the future with advance notice.
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information. Misleading listings (fake reviews, incorrect pricing, wrong location) will result in removal.
• You are solely responsible for the services you offer and any obligations arising from customer interactions.
• By submitting photos and content, you grant Salon Wale a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform and in promotional materials.
• We reserve the right to decline, remove, or unpublish any listing at our discretion.

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Scrape, crawl, or copy data from the platform without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Impersonate another person or business.

All platform content — including design, code, text, logos, and compiled data — is the property of Salon Wale or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Salon Wale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed ₹500 (five hundred Indian rupees).

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform or any salon listings.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
